We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 7 days if this is the case.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Call us, and we'll guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process.
All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you'll have the option to receive an in-store credit as your refund or to credit the gift giver's original payment method.

Our service representatives are experts in conference furniture specification and selection. Each member of our team is empowered to make your experience a positive one. Conference-Table.com, Inc. will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any stock item. Simply call or email Conference-Table.com, Inc. within 7 days from the date of delivery for a return authorization and return the item to our warehouse in brand new, unused condition, freight pre-paid & insured within 21 days of delivery. All accessories, tags, etc must be intact and attached as they originally were. Refunds will be issued when products have passed inspection at our location. We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Our return policy for other situations, such as shipping damage and the rare defective item is further explained below.
Shipping Damage
We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the freight bill of lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the freight bill of lading / waybill that there appears to be some damage. We have a large nationwide network of repair people that easily can make most repairs in home.
Defective Items
We offer a six month warranty for all manufacturer's defects (six months from date of purchase). Defective products are rare and can be exchanged or repaired at CT's discretion within one year of receiving your order. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. Replacement parts are sent free of charge to the customer by Conference-Table.com. Conference-Table.com is not responsible for installation costs of replacement parts.
Warranty
Conference-Table.com, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be suitable for form, fit and function for five years. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original Conference-Table.com, Inc. product serial number, the purchasers' original PO number and date of purchase. This warranty is conditional provided that such products were installed and operated in accordance with Conference-Table.com, Inc. instructions. The obligation of Conference-Table.com, Inc. is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only. This warranty does not cover damages, including but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to the weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to follow Conference-Table.com, Inc. instructions. In no event shall Conference-Table.com, Inc. be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
Order Cancellation
Once you place an order at Conference-Table.com, your order is then forwarded to our distribution center. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours from the date and time of purchase, we will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No cancellations may be made after shipping has begun.
