If your conference room also functions as the office lunch room, it would be best to select chairs that will clean up nicely. Trendy new start-up companies run by Generation Yers are looking for conference furniture that is a bit more edgy. Unlike the Baby Boomers and Generation X, these folks do not want to play it safe with black leather chairs.  They want to show a bit of their personality.  After all, this generation grew up with being able to customize everything from their laptop to their phones.  Why not their furniture as well?
